Amazing day for the end of the week 🤗

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to meet Professor Yasser Kabbaz at the University of Sharjah during our Periodontology and Oral Surgery activities. It was a valuable opportunity to learn from his experience and gain a broader perspective on clinical practice, academic dentistry, and especially business models in dentistry.

Digital dentistry is moving beyond visualization toward objective assessment.

I recently explored Prep Police 3D, an innovative approach to the digital evaluation of dental preparations developed by Dr. Abubaker Qutieshat.

What I find particularly interesting is the integration of 3D comparison, digital alignment and deviation analysis to provide a more objective assessment of dental preparations and potentially support structured feedback in dental education.

The methodology is described and evaluated in:
