A massive thank you to everyone who has stopped by my Parawera Rd studio to let me weave magic into your hair - from braids to styles, dreadlocks, and maintenance. It's been an incredible 2.5-year journey, transforming a spark of creativity into lasting friendships, meaningful connections, and continuous growth. The support from Waipa locals, as well as clients from Huntly and Australia, has truly warmed my heart.

As life unfolds and my family's circumstances evolve, I'll be tweaking the name to reflect this fresh chapter.
Rest assured, Te Awamutu will remain a priority, with regular visits and bookings available when I'm in town, or you're always welcome to visit me in Napier. 🥰.

I am grateful for my new client who traveled a considerable distance for a unique look she had never experienced before. I always strive to accommodate my clients' needs. Many box braids can be quite tight at the scalp; however, my client requested a looser fit at the root. This is the technique I prefer, as it does not cause hair loss at the scalp….
