As part of my commitment to supporting up and coming sportspeople, this stunningly talented and beautiful soul has been coming for regular massages at the clinic since she's been back in New Zealand.

Navigation of high performance sports and fame is not an easy ride.
I've had the privilege of helping many sportspeople of all backgrounds and ages through their times of need, both physically and mentally.
Working as a healer, confidant, cheerleader, ideas giver, and Dad-joke extraordinaire - transforming lives through massage therapy, I am proud to see my clients thrive beyond their dreams.

Like most young people, Erice is learning the ropes of life - but she's definitely got a grasp of the fundamentals; she is down to earth, humble, kind, and positive. She is carving up tracks, and paving the way for other young badasses🤘

I am honoured and very excited to be joining Erice and her beautiful whanau at the Halberg awards on February 14th, where she is a finalist for the emerging talent award🏅💖🏆
It'll be a night to remember (and let's face it, the only way I'd ever get to attend 😅).

What an absolutely crazy season racing bikes. Taking home the rainbow jersey along with 3 World Cup wins and an EDR win was just a dream💭 6 months away from home on the road with some tough challenges thrown my way kept me in my place, balancing out the highest highs😅 Thanks to everyone who played a part keeping the wheels rolling! Let’s do it all again next year!

We are loving our new clinic space on level 6/ 12 Johnston Street!

With more room for treatments, and a beautiful ocean view - the space is light and spacious, making it perfect for relaxing (or not relaxing in some cases) on our table.

There is also an opportunity to expand into the room next door, so this means we can run two clinic rooms at the same time and see EVEN MORE of you!

Larisha will pick up more days when Kaz starts at Uni, and our new therapist will be starting at Elite in the next few weeks (watch this space!) we are both very excited to have him coming on board =)

I am in the process of reviewing service costs, and there will be a slight increase for massages - but we are looking at discounted pre-pay options as well, so make sure to keep an eye out for those offers.

Would you look at that – it’s just a few days until Christmas! Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, the Elite Muscle Therapy team would like to wish you happy holidays and a great start to the New Year to you and your whānau. Remember, we will be closed from the 24th of December 2021 to the 4th of January 2022 so, if you have any final questions before our shut-down period or appointments to book in for the New Year, get in touch by text.
The clinic phone and emails will be monitored periodically over the holidays.

As we wrap up the year and start looking ahead to 2022, we'd like to thank all of our clients who supported us during the adventure that was 2021. It has been a challenging, yet rewarding 12 months and I think we can all agree that starting next year fresh and rested will set us all up to face whatever lies ahead.

Speaking of fresh, we have some exciting news! From January 4th, we will be located just around the corner at 12 Johnston Street, on level 6.
We have been at Hot Yoga for nearly 4 years! And while we absolutely love it here, the time has come to move to a bigger premises, and with the chance to expand into 2 clinic rooms - meaning we can see even more of you beautiful clients per week!

Kaz will also be heading back to tertiary study next year to start her Paramedicine degree at Whitireia, so we are on the lookout for someone talented to add to our already stellar cast of therapists. If you know of anyone, please feel free to send them our way!
- Kaz' regulars need not worry, she will still be available as much as possible for in-clinic massages, and hopes to finalise a clinic schedule once her Uni calendar and placements are released.

COVID Level 4.

From 11:59pm tonight (Tues 17 August 2021), Aotearoa NZ is in lockdown level 4.

All bookings during COVID level 4 are CANCELLED.

We will be in contact once we have further information from Ministry of Health and NZ Government, whether we will change levels or if level 4 is extended.
