We don’t often offer apprenticeships at La Villa, so when we do, we’re looking for someone pretty special!
We’re looking for someone at the beginning of their hairdressing career who is genuinely excited about becoming an exceptional hairdresser. Someone bubbly, quick on their feet, confident building rapport with clients, with a strong work ethic, loads of initiative and a real hunger to learn and grow.
You’ll be joining a 7× national award-winning salon, an amazing team of 16, and a L’Oréal Kérastase salon with access to some of the highest-quality education and training in the industry.
And if you’re going to grow somewhere, we think La Villa is pretty fertile soil. 🌱
This isn’t an apprenticeship where you’ll be left on the sidelines. You’ll have many hands helping you grow, learning every aspect of becoming a brilliant all-round stylist — cutting, colouring, styling, consultation, client experience, theory and practical skills.
But we’ll also teach you the business of hairdressing — how to build and retain a clientele, market yourself, understand your numbers and create a long, successful career.
We’re a fun, bubbly, incredibly down-to-earth team who work hard and genuinely enjoy working together. Many of our team have been with us for close to a decade, and protecting that culture is really important to us.
So we’re looking for someone who will bring as much as they’ll receive — energy, enthusiasm, reliability, passion and a genuine desire to become a GREAT hairdresser.
