With winter bugs doing the rounds, I just want to kindly ask that if you’re feeling unwell — even if it’s “just a little cold” — please get in touch and rebook your appointment.

I completely understand that getting sick is unavoidable sometimes, and there is absolutely no judgement. I’d much rather have you rest at home and come see me when you’re feeling 100% again. 🫶

As a mum with children, it’s really important for me to do my best to avoid bringing illnesses home to my family and spreading them to other clients.

So please, if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, stomach bug, flu symptoms or you’re simply not feeling well, please don’t feel bad about cancelling — just send me a message and we’ll find another time for you. 🤍
