Oh how I'm missing Summer already😅
Today there is a definite chill in the wind.
Pretty soon I'll be hibernating with hot chocolate, slippers and blankets😁☕️
Have you felt the shift in seasons yet?

✨️Quick Support For Killer Backache✨️
Last nights oil of choice was Ice Blue.
My back was killing me last night so I gave myself a short self-massage to get this amazing stuff into my system🫠
Ice Blue can help support joint and muscle pain, I've been using this oil for around 6 months and I am still surprised every time at how fast it helps relieve my aches.|ad
