Ten years ago I opened The Cutting Bar on my own. No team. Just me, a chair, and a slightly delusional amount of hope.

It hasn't been easy. Hard seasons, quiet months, and days I questioned everything.

Somewhere in all of that, a team grew around me. Six of us now. We train constantly, push our craft, and care deeply about every client who sits in our chairs.

I'm off the tools for a while after shoulder surgery. Hard for someone who built this with her hands. But watching this team carry the floor has been one of the proudest parts of the journey.

Lived-in colour. Nanoplasty. Precision cuts. This is what we grew into. And I'm so proud of it.
