I came home from this weekend absolutely frothing by this work all over again. ( You all know how obsessed I am) ✌️🙂

Level 2 Lymphatic Body Work was the bee's knees!
I loved level 1 in Sydney so I was excited that Jessie gal decided to shoot over the ditch and bring this to us 🤍🤍🤍

Lymphatic work is soooooo much more than what you think. You’re looking at fascia. Breathing. Pressure. Movement. Scars. The nervous system.
What someone’s body has been through. How they live. How they move. Where things have become restricted. And how all of those pieces can influence each other.

I don’t want to ever reach a point where I think I know enough. I want to keep asking questions.
Keep learning. Keep putting pieces together.
Keep getting better with my hands and better at understanding the person underneath them.

I am just so freaking excited guys!
That's a wrap for training for the year!
What shall 2027 bring? Who knows......but i have some crazy goals i want to reach 🤍🤍

Stick with the basic human needs and you will be just fine! 😂😎

But seriously lymphatic body work is incredible and definitely isn't a trend for me in my studio.
