Nicola was clinically trained in the treatment of soft tissue problems, such as postural and muscle imbalances and injuries by pain specialists from America and Europe. Graduating from the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine in 1998, I opened my first clinic in Auckland, where I worked with professional athletes, including members of the winning Team New Zealand Americas Cup syndicate, the Blues rugby team and the All Blacks. I am a registered Remedial Massage Therapist with Massage New Zealand (I can be found on the web site massagenewzealnd.org). This means I have to reapply each year after meeting the on going professional and educational requirements and I am bound to follow their code of ethics and standards of practice. Specialising in back, hip, knee, shoulder and neck pain, I find many of the people I see have tried a multitude of other treatments and usually often to the surprise of the client, I am a successful last resort.
