The next Carterton Beginners Yoga Course starts Monday 21st September 2026. Spaces are still available.

Classes are suitable for absolute beginners so please don’t worry if you haven’t done yoga before or if you haven’t practised yoga for a long time. Come and try yoga in a welcoming and non-judgemental environment.

Group size will be kept small to allow time and space for each of you to practice and learn.
