Do you ever feel a little nervous before a facial, wondering what kind of experience you're going to get?
For us, no two facials are ever the same—because no two clients are the same.
Before we began, we asked one simple question: What would you love us to focus on today?
Her answer wasn't about her skin primarily. It was the massage.
So that's exactly what we leaned into.
Of course, her skin still received a beautiful, customised treatment, but we know that sometimes a facial isn't just about improving your skin.
Sometimes it's about giving yourself a lovely moment to relax with skin benefits.

I’ve sat on writing this for a while because I wanted to find the right words.
A year ago, this space looked very different. So did I.
When I first imagined what this business could become, I had a vision that felt so clear in my heart. I was so excited by the possibilities that I charged ahead, determined to bring it to life. Looking back now, I can honestly say I probably should have taken people on that journey a little more gently.
Change is exciting when you’re the one dreaming it. It’s not always as exciting when you’re the one experiencing it.
I know the transformation has been a culture shock for some of our long-time clients. I’ve heard the feedback, I’ve felt the pushback, and there have been plenty of nights where I’ve questioned every decision I’ve made.
If I knew then what I know now, would I have done some things differently? Absolutely.
Building a business isn’t just about creating beautiful spaces. It’s about bringing people with you, communicating your vision, and making sure everyone feels like they belong. That’s a lesson I’m still learning.
The truth is, this past year has stretched me in ways I never expected. It’s challenged my confidence, exposed my limitations, and asked more of me than I thought I had to give. Some days that feels daunting. Some nights it keeps me awake.
Now comes the next chapter.
Because creating this space was only the beginning. My responsibility now is to make every single person who walks through our doors feel welcome, comfortable, and able to fall in love with it too.
Thank you to everyone who has grown with Pure. And for everyone that has feedback—whether easy to hear or not—has shaped me and what Pure is becoming.
Here’s to learning, growing, and continuing to create something truly special, together.
