Trying to figure out how the hell you take something that is so much about **feeling**… and put it into a website.

But we bloody did it.

And honestly? I fu***ng love it. 💚

Because it doesn’t just tell you what I do.

It tells you a little bit about why I do it.

It gives you a glimpse into me, the work, the space I hold, what Spinal Energetics actually is (and isn’t), and what you might experience when you walk through my door.

Because Exhale Energetics has never been about “fixing” people.

You’re not broken.

I’m not here to heal you, change you or tell you who you should be.

I’m here to create a space where you can slow the f**k down for a minute, get out of all the noise, listen to your body and maybe reconnect with parts of yourself you haven’t heard from in a while.

And somehow my beautiful friend Georgia Robertson took all of that - the ideas, the rambling voice messages, the “I don’t know what I want but I’ll know when I see it” 😂 - and turned it into something that feels so completely ME.

Thank you for listening to me, understanding what I was trying to create (sometimes before I even did 😂), and bringing Exhale to life online in a way I genuinely couldn’t have imagined.

Grief has reared its ugly head again lately. And this time, she's brought anger with her.

I'm learning that love and anger can co-exist.
That I can love deeply, miss deeply, and still be fu***ng angry.

And instead of trying to fix it, analyse the s**t out of it or make it disappear, I'm trying to get curious.

What's actually here?
What does my body have to say?

And sometimes... I don't fu***ng know.

I'm learning I don't always need to.

That's probably been one of the biggest shifts behind Exhale too.

You don't come here to be fixed.
You don't need to have your s**t together or arrive ready for some massive breakthrough.

You can just come as you are.

Surrender a little. Get curious. Feel something. Feel nothing. Laugh. Cry. Lie completely fu***ng still.

It's yours.
