24 HOURS. ONE BIG GOAL 🧡✂️
On October 3rd at 1pm, we’re picking up our scissors with other hairdressers in the community and cutting hair for 24 HOURS straight finishing at 1pm on October 4th, all to raise money for Otago Community Hospice!!
The Hospice needs to raise $3 MILLION every year to continue providing the incredible care they do for our community.
Honestly? If our 24-hour haircut marathon could raise enough to cover even ONE DAY of that, we would be absolutely stoked.
But we can’t do it alone.
This event only works if our community comes together 🫶🏻
So if you’ve been thinking about getting your hair done, book in and make your haircut count. Every appointment helps.
And please, tell your friends!!! Tell your family. Tell your workplace. Share this with anyone who might want to get behind an incredible local cause.

We’re officially taking bookings for our 24 HOURS OF HAIRCUTS in support of ❤️
For 24 hours, we’ll be cutting and styling our way through the night to raise as much as we can for this incredible cause.
✂️ $55 donation
✂️ Cut + style only — no wash

You came to us as a young woman who was ready to find her way in this industry. We are beyond grateful to have played a role in your journey such as showing you what YOU are truly capable of.
In a short 2 years your confidence, your skills and you as a human have grown from strength to strength. You’ve proven to us and yourself many times what a talent you really are. You don’t let setbacks weigh you down and you continue to keep moving forward.
Your clients just adore you, we love you, you’re as sweet (and dramatic) as they come 😂
You will be the FIRST apprentice of Zen to get their hairdressing qualification and you’re well on your way to succeeding in this! 🥹

24 Hours of Haircuts for Hospice is back… and we need your support!
Last time, thanks to our incredible community, we raised over $17,000 for Otago Community Hospice. This year, we’re dreaming even bigger—because this service means so much to so many of us.
Whether you’ve experienced the care of Hospice firsthand, supported someone who has, or simply believe in giving back, we’d love you to be part of making this year’s event our biggest yet.

✨ HAIRCUTS FOR HOSPICE ✨
We are bringing it back!!
After an incredible response in previous years, we’re so excited to announce that our 24 Hours of Haircuts fundraiser is returning in support of the Otago Community Hospice ❤️
For 24 hours our team (along with an amazing group of volunteer hairdressers and barbers) will be cutting hair in exchange for a donation, with every dollar raised going towards the incredible work the Hospice does for our community.
This event is organised entirely by us and our goal this year is simple… to make it bigger than ever!!!
Alongside haircuts, we’ll have:
🎟️ Raffles
🤫 Silent auctions
🎁 Incredible prizes donated by generous local businesses
…and so much more, all to raise as much money as possible for a charity that means so much to so many.
A huge thank you to the amazing New Zealand businesses who have already jumped on board with donations, you’ve blown us away 🧡

✂️ We’re also looking for more volunteer hairdressers and barbers! You’ll be able to choose the times that suit you across the weekend and we’d love to have you involved.
