Permanent Cosmetic Enhancement (micro-pigmentation) or Cosmetic Tattooing is an advanced form of tattooing where Medical Grade Pigments are infused into the dermal layer of the skin. It is used to enhance eyebrows by simulating lost natural eyebrow hair or to provide permanent eyebrows; to provide semi-permanent eyeliner or lip liner and fill makeup. The technique is also applied for scar and vitiligo camouflage .
