DUNEDIN MARATHON IS NEARLY HERE! Whether pre-marathon or post-marathon, there is an option for you. PRE-MARATHON - (1-7 days before) Massage helps to rid the body of metabolic waste, keeps tissue hydrated and pliable, and calms the nervous system before the big day.
