Akatore Massage Therapy

With a bachelors degree qualification my goal is to help rehabilitate, reduce pain, increase movement and improve quality of life throughout the body using a range of techniques. I’ve been a competitive horse rider for the last 20 years, pursued athletics (mainly high jump) up to a national level, hockey for 15 years, social badminton for 15 years, also a little dabble in kayaking, and football. I studied a 3-year bachelor's degree in sport and therapeutic massage therapy, graduating in 2019. From there I have worked in a few different locations but finally settling in Dunedin in 2023. I have completed a dry needling course and continued my professional development by learning new skills that can help me become a better clinical therapist.
