I am reflecting on my journey to South America. Particularly Temple of the Sun and Temple of the Moon in Ingapirca, Ecuador.
I was lead there by my heart and connection to my guides.
I have been teaching about getting out of your head and into your heart and now fully know how to do that. It is a personal journey for all of us 🩷💚💙💙💜 The trip as I see it now was all about that.

Tune into what is your heart is saying! You have a crystalline energy centre in your pineal gland (which some would call your 3rd eye chakra)and this connects to a small space within your heart, between your left and right side of your heart - a crystalline structure that lines up perfectly.

When you connect in in the morning (grounding practice) you bring down the cosmic light that you are, connecting this essential part of yourself that speaks truth. Your truth, and what that means to you. Not anyone else's truth. Your are the creator of your life, beliefs and attitudes. This is what Jesus meant when he said "pick up your mantle and walk".

I followed my heart to the Temple of the Moon in Ecuador and found a profound past life that lead me to the gnosis of understanding, anchoring and belief in the Cosmic Heart.

Sitting on the huge rock overlooking the complex the energy that came through was profound, and a inner knowingness was life changing. Letting go of my fear of knowing that I am powerful. Not in an ego sense. In an inner Beingness and wholesomeness. It is now anchored in me.

Knowing this is within me as I journey home to NZ. I am appreciative and feel blessed to have been lead to this. I smile to myself and put my hand on my heart and say " I am love"🥰

We were picked up by uber at Ollytaytambo to go back to Cusco. We wanted to visit a few places along the way - Moray and Maras salt works - an amazing array of water and salt ponds, and Chinchero where they dye and hand make alpaca knitwear. We had to wind our way up to over 3500 metres on rutted roads 😆 with huge drop offs.
This is in Sacred Valley of Cusco, Peru. The archaeological site of Moray was primarily shaped during the 14th and 15th centuries under the Inca Empire, with earlier foundations dating back to the Wari culture. The site features enormous, perfectly concentric terraced depressions resembling a massive stone amphitheater carved into a natural plateau.

These multi-layered rings create unique microclimates, where temperatures and soil conditions vary significantly from top to bottom, serving as an advanced agricultural laboratory for ancient crop adaptation. Standing at the edge and looking down into these geometric stone labyrinths, one cannot help but feel an overwhelming sense of awe, marveling at the profound ingenuity and harmonious connection with nature achieved by ancient Andean civilizations.

At Ollytaytambo and the energy here is wonderful. So much better than Machu Picchu. The ruin is virtually beside the town and we can see it from our hotel window. The food is so fresh. Still amazes me how pre Inca got the hugest stones of hundreds of tonnes from a quarry and cut them to fit like Lego.

Machu Picchu has been on my vision board for years. I knew one day I would get there and today is the day 🙌☀️🙏
Amazing to be here and wonder at the construction and spiritual awareness of these people who created it. The use of stones, sun, moon, stars and water to know when to plant, the time of the year/day, and where they came from - the stars ✨

On the way to Aqua Calientes, the small town below Machu Picchu where we stay for two nights. We stopped at a view point and of course lots of small stall selling knitted garments and souvenirs. The lady in the picture it’s her income so I was moved to give her some money for the photo as many Peruvians are very poor. Beautiful vista and an introduction to the landscape we will be enjoying for next two days. Our excitement about being in Machu Picchu is mounting🙌😀

Arrival in Lima. Celebrations for Peru - in the main square. . We seem to be in the middle of celebrations everywhere! The good here is spectacular. Though their special dish is Guinea pig !! Which I’m not trying🫤
We stayed in a fabulous old house with sea view. Lovely quiet break before we head to Cusco and onto Machu Picchu😀
Pisco Sour is the drink of Peru. My type of drink because I love lime juice.

In Cuenca’s historical area. Fabulous French inspired hotel and garden. We so enjoyed the food in the restaurant we booked for that night too.

Staying three days in Ingapirca. Temple of the sun is our destination. This was a place of worship, priest and priestess with followers special place, astrological observation, fertility rituals for the harvest at the solstice and equinox, which is 21-23 September. Pre Inca was the Cañari people who built most of the complex. The sun comes into the temple at a perfect alignment with the stars.
We felt the connections 🙏
