A new chapter for Bloom 🤍
After many years of building Bloom Skin Aesthetics, today I finally get to share some very big news.
Bloom has been purchased by Clinic 1 and will soon become Clinic 1 Karaka — the third Clinic 1 location, joining Auckland and Christchurch.
Making the decision to sell a business you have poured so much of yourself into is incredibly emotional. Bloom has never just been a business to me. It has been years of hard work, an amazing team, thousands of appointments, friendships, challenges, achievements and, most importantly, the most wonderful community of clients.
So finding the right people to take Bloom forward mattered enormously to me.
I’m incredibly happy to be handing Bloom over to Olga and Renjini, the owners of Clinic 1 Auckland and Christchurch, who have joined forces with their long-time friend and industry colleague Bhavna Maharaj for this new Karaka project.
I have known these women for years, I know the reputation they have built in our industry, and most importantly, I know how much they care about what they do. I genuinely feel that I have found the right people to take care of my team, my clients and the business I have built.
The wonderful Bloom team you know and love will still be here, while the clinic begins its transition into Clinic 1 Karaka. There will be new technology, new treatments, an expanded injectable offering, new skincare and lots of exciting things ahead.
To every client who has supported Bloom over the years, and to every member of my amazing team — thank you. Bloom would never have become what it is without you.
It’s definitely bittersweet handing over my baby, but I feel incredibly good about where it is going and who is taking it there.
I’m so proud of what we’ve built, and now I’m excited to watch its next chapter begin. 🤍
