Sheryl Gough, Senior Stylist, at The Yellow Chair, providing all Hair Services in a friendly, relaxe
Al and I bought bought the salon on 243 Symonds st in late 2012. A year later, we changed the salon name to Kashyap+Gough Hair which is combination of my maiden+married name. Recently Al gave up hairdressing after being in the industry for over 25 years, to pursue a career in Architecture. I wish him all the best and can't wait for him to design our dream home.Recently we sold our salon and I am
now a free-lance hairdresser. I have been in the hairdressing industry for 27 years and I am very passionate about what I do. Striving for perfection and client care and satisfaction is my utmost priority. I owned a salon in Australia and moving back to NZ, I got a job as a hairdressing tutor at the award winning Servilles Academy. I was a tutor for 5 years and in that time, I was awarded, Educator of the Year. I then worked at Servilles in NewMarket as a Senior Stylist and also as an In-Salon-Trainer. I also qualify as an Industry Assessor where I am able to share my knowledge and passion to the up and coming hairdressers.I believe hairdressing is an Art and takes a lot of time, experience and dedication to become a hairdresser. Come and experience my holistic approach to hairdressing where every service is personalised to each individual
