Exercise New Zealand
Session #1 - Endometriosis: A Real World Approach to Coaching.
Endometriosis isn’t something your client experiences only once a month. They carry it into every session - in their energy, pain, nervous system and relationship with their body.
Blending clinical knowledge with lived experience, I’ll explore what can actually show up behind closed doors: flare-ups, bone-deep fatigue, unpredictability, deep sadness and grief, and the quiet work of rebuilding trust in the body.
We’ll look at stress physiology, inflammation and pain science, alongside practical strategies including breath-led movement, myofascial release and endometriosis-informed coaching.
This won’t be a lesson about doing less. It will be a time for us to explore how we can approach training in an open-minded (and open-hearted!), thoughtful way for the unique human standing in front of you.

Session #2 - Joy optimisation: A New Approach to Coaching in a Stressed Out World.
What if we don’t have a motivation crisis, but a nervous system crisis?
In a world where overwhelm has become the new norm, simply telling clients to “manage their stress” may reinforce the very state we’re trying to shift. This session blends neuroscience with practical, human-centred coaching to explore what changes when we stop focusing only on moving away from stress, and begin guiding our focus towards something we genuinely want to feel.
Joy optimisation isn’t forced positivity. It’s a progressive, accessible pathway - from one deep breath, to prioritising peace, contentment and
Dust yourself off and try again. 😅
We’re all just figuring this out together, cutie…
Wiggles and all.
Keep trying.
Keep breathing.
Keep loving (you).
I’m cheering for you.
Behind your back AND to your face.

Literally can not help myself 🧜♀️
let’s not miss this. 🌞
I’d give anything to go back and smile more. To smile anyway.
To give that little version of me the biggest hug and tell her that one day, smiling would become one of our favourite things in the world.
To have known then what I know so deeply now… that things don’t need to be perfect to be worthy of a smile, or feeling joy, or devouring life the best we can.
Because with that smile comes love.
Hope.
Connection.
And some of the yummiest experiences life has to offer.
Confidence doesn’t begin with becoming perfect.
It begins with becoming friends with who we are.
And from there, we keep growing into who we want to be, how we want to love, and how we experience this one wild and precious life.
For all those years I didn’t feel brave enough to smile as big as I could…
I’m making up for lost time now. 😀😀😀
Loved this incredible Mums & Teens event and the incredible conversations I got to have, sharing this same message.
There were some beautiful stories exchanged and I meant it when I said it wouldn’t always be easy, but it would be absolutely worth it.
My biggest wish for everyone there that day, and everyone reading this right now, is that we might all keep nurturing the things that allow us to hold on to our smile along the way..
