Beautiful merlot red for Amber_Amaris with a shapely bouncy hair cut. While she waited for colour to process also got to shape up her gorgeous sister benetta. Doing a cut that works blowwaves out and in natural curl form too

Tray is one of my fav clients turned friends. It’s the best feeling to spend a hair appt literally just cackling and dm effortlessly.

As a way to accomplish a beautiful balayage without any bleach on her own hair trace gets a Superior Hair Extensions® genius weft and I custom colour it to seamlessly blend. She now already has her natural length but finer density, so this weft perfectly fills the hair out.

The hair has been in about 8months now so for top ups with maintenance we just do the base I piece some bits through and at basin tone for 15mins looks like a fresh balayage again

kiki was first super blonde when I started doing her hair about 4y ago she’d come with quite compromised hair and eventually I asked her to take the leap to the dark side to restore hair health 2y ago. We mulled over her options the winner was a Rich auburn tone somewhat close to her natural. And rebuild her hair health is exactly what it did. But recently shes been feeling a rebrand.

We went in low and slow with developer. Mix of chunkier weave foils and baby lights still keeping the warmth and it’s probably one of my favs on her to date.

Getting in some more face framing and shape. We only had to reapply one row of her Loxys wefts thats shes has worn for around 10 months now and still in beautiful condition.

Havent done many fun colours lately but we got to play around last week giving Jordan (River) Rains this muted pinky mushroom bronde after her not colouring fpr 5-6years.

Back to back foils using her natural colour as a lowlight to keep texture and dimension was a refreshing new change

My beautiful sister in Christ Ashleigh Van Breda wanted a big change so thats what she got bangs and this beautiful caramel balayage.

Gave her such a change I didn’t recognise her when she came up to me at Church on the Sunday haha

GEMMA life hit a huge pivot, being made redundant after a very long stint with her work she was thrown into a new season and decided to swim not sink. Launching LOCO she needed the extra boss girl energy. Best way to start that put in Loxys extensions feel real hot and confident. Because if your hairs right what can go wrong.

She comes in for regular maintenance and colour top ups. This has seen her hair grow about 3-4inches and feel so healthy.

A few questions asked with extensions….
Lifespan wuth loxys…. When well looked after up to about 14months as mentioned these are 9months in and feel great still dense and beautiful.

Can you colour your hair whilest having them in and do you need to take them out to colour?

I always do clean applications so I tend to be able to work around the wefts easily. With the nanos i take them out and apply after colour again but still in one setting.

Can I tie my hair up or will beads show?

The lower wefts I place small beads on top of weft and too wefts i place beads underneath the weft. I work with the curvature of the head so when hair is raised it’s basically camouflaged. Have started using nano beads for most installs to which gives even better discreetness.

Can extensions damage my hair?

Yes …. If not installed correctly or with a method not suited to your hair type or density. Thats why consultation matters. I tend to not work with adhesive applications as I find that too adds to hair fall. I avoid hair loss by properly assessing the hair density. Clean sections and bead installs. Ensuring not pulling hair through bead to far left or right. Anchoring correctly and ensuring clients are rebooking fpr regular maintenance to not let hair get too far grown out. Hybrid methods with wefts micro wefts/genius wefts and nanos.

And finishing off with colour matching correctly.

Hair extensions are an investment. It’s a luxury service the price tag is higher but that is why you invest well. Educated stylist who take time and dedication for the best results for you.
