The needle isn't the treatment. Your own repair response is.
Microneedling works by prompting a controlled healing cascade: inflammation, proliferation, remodelling. Fibroblasts switch on, lay down new collagen and elastin, and your skin then spends weeks reorganising it into firmer, smoother tissue.
Swipe for the three phases, and why the timing of a course matters🖤

The clever part of exosome scalp treatment happens at the root of your hair.
That's where the cells that direct hair growth sit. They absorb the exosomes and act on the signals inside, which encourage the cells to multiply, improve the blood supply, and help coax the follicle back toward active growth.

How does microneedling actually work?
Each tiny channel the Dermapen4 makes is a controlled signal your skin reads as a small injury. That sets off the same three-phase repair your body uses to heal: inflammation within minutes, then fibroblasts building fresh collagen and elastin over days, then weeks of remodelling into stronger tissue.
That last phase keeps going long after your appointment, which is why we plan a course. Each session builds on collagen that is still forming🖤

The research note we wish every client kept.
Microneedling gets misread as a quick fix. It's closer to a rebuild. Fine needles make tiny channels, and your skin repairs them by laying down fresh collagen, which is what improves texture and softens early lines.
Two things worth knowing before you book. It's a course of three to start, and the collagen remodelling keeps building for months after a single session, so the change carries on quietly between appointments.
The best first step is a skin consultation, where we look at your skin and build a plan around it🖤

Microneedling sounds dramatic. What it actually does is quieter, and cleverer.
The fine channels the Dermapen4 makes are controlled signals. Your skin responds the way it always does to repair, by laying down new collagen, and that new collagen is what smooths texture and softens early lines over time.
Nothing is added. Your skin does the rebuilding. Swipe through for how it works🖤
What actually is microneedling?
We use the Dermapen4 to move very fine needles across your skin, making lots of tiny channels. Each one prompts your skin to repair itself and lay down fresh collagen, the scaffolding that keeps skin firm and smooth.
That makes it a strong option for texture: old acne scarring, uneven or tired-looking skin, early fine lines. It works with your skin, prompting it to do what it already knows how to do, so the change builds gradually over a course🖤

Why Dermamelan is a program, not a one-off.
Pigment is made by an enzyme called tyrosinase. Calming it once isn't enough, it has to be held settled while your skin clears the older pigment through its own renewal cycle, which takes weeks. And because sun and hormones can switch that enzyme back on, the result has to be protected, not just achieved once.
That's the whole logic of the five months. The mask starts it. Consistency is what makes it hold🖤

Why does melasma keep coming back?
Because the pigment is made by an enzyme, tyrosinase, that sun and hormones can switch back on. Most treatments lift the pigment that's already there. Dermamelan is built to calm the enzyme making it, then hold it settled while your skin renews.
That's the reason it runs as a five-month program rather than a single session. Swipe through for how each stage works🖤
How Dermamelan calms persistent pigment.
Deep in your skin, cells called melanocytes make pigment using an enzyme called tyrosinase. When sun, hormones, or inflammation push that enzyme into overdrive, it keeps producing pigment, which is why melasma fades and then comes back.
Dermamelan works by calming the enzyme. The mask does the intensive work, and the four-month home phase keeps it settled while your skin clears the old pigment. You're not just lifting what's there, you're slowing the process that keeps making it🖤

Why Dermamelan runs over five months.
It works on the cells that make your pigment, not just the mark they leave on the surface. That kind of change is gradual, which is why the program runs in three stages: a month of prep, the intensive in-clinic mask, then four months of guided home care.
The mask starts it. The months that follow are what make it last.
Your program is supervised by our registered nurses from start to finish, and it is well suited to melasma, sun damage, and uneven tone🖤
