It's been a long time between posts but this felt like a good place to start! 👋🏼
5 years ago I started on my womb health journey after ridiculously painful periods. I found yoni steaming on Instagram, and was instantly connected to it. A huge fire was lit and the more I learnt the more healing I experienced, and only after a few months I went from hating, ignoring and avoiding my menstrual cycles to loving on them, even looking forward to them!
Then 4 years ago I realised how connected a healthy cycle was to conceiving and how naturally I was able to start weaving this beautiful practice into pregnancy and postpartum.
Its good to be back in this space and I'm so keen to support women with yoni steam therapy!
