CREATIVE FRIDAY
THEME: TRADITIONAL NEPALI 🇳🇵
Every Friday, we have a little creative challenge where students get to step outside everything they’ve learned from Sunday to Thursday and actually test their own creativity.
Today’s challenge was Traditional Nepali — they were given an inspiration and had to create their own interpretation of it, completely on one nail, with as much detail and creativity as they could bring to it.
And honestly… these works made me SO proud. 🥹❤️
Some of them are still learning the basics. Some started from absolute zero and had never done nail art before joining my class. And some are already towards the end of their course.
Seeing all of them create something so detailed, each in their own way, really shows how much they’ve grown.
It’s not just about learning techniques anymore — it’s more about learning to think creatively, experiment, and trust your own ideas.
And I genuinely couldn’t be more proud of how far they’ve come. 🤍
This is what I want my students to take away from my classes — not just the ability to recreate a design, but the confidence to create their own unique styles and build their own identity. 😊

The Making of MY MOST AMBITIOUS PROJECT “Cybernetic Consciousness” ⚙️🖤
I previously shared the final set of Cybernetic Consciousness on my press-on account, but I wanted to bring the story and making of this project here too because there was so much that went into creating it beyond the final photographs.
This project took me a whole month, if not more, from researching to building the concept and developing the storytelling to countless sketches, visions, errors, experiments, remakes, and finally bringing the entire set to life.
There were so many moments when what I had envisioned in my head just wasn’t translating onto the nails. I had to start over, rethink, rebuild, and trust the process over and over again.
But after all those sketches, failed attempts, experiments and remakes… the set finally came to life.
And honestly, I can’t even explain how happy I felt when I finally saw the finished work. 🥹
This wasn’t just another nail set for me. It was a month of ideas, frustration, patience, problem-solving, learning, and watching an entire concept slowly become something tangible.
