100 days without you, Dad. 🤍

I’ve been a little absent from social media lately. Somehow, it all just feels a little less important right now.

As a business owner, it’s weirdly difficult to find space to grieve. You might think, “Why don’t you just take some time off?”

But the bills still have to be paid, the shop still needs to run, and life just keeps going.

I’m incredibly lucky to have the sweetest clients. People who don’t just sit in my chair for their nails, but who also listen, check in, give me a hug, or have a little conversation when I need it.

I used to think crying wasn’t an option. But now… I think most of my clients have witnessed my full-on ugly cry. 😂 So I guess I’m getting pretty good at processing things in between appointments.

My head is so full. There’s not much room left for creativity at the moment, and that’s hard for someone who normally has a million ideas running around.

Hopefully that creative spark will find its way back soon. ✨

For now, I’m just taking it day by day.
