The aims of the project are to help migrants gain language skills about health matters in a new language and improve their integration. T.
Being healthy is one of the most important preconditions for an individual to live and function normally in everyday life. If you feel ill or suffer from a disease, you go to see a doctor and get medical treatment. Migrants, who do not speak the language sufficiently, experience real communication problems when they need medical help. On the other side, healthcare professionals experience similar problems. To help out patients it is essential to understand each other. For all this and more we started the Take Care Project! Project partners

Take Care Presented at the International Conference in Essen / Germany
On the 19th and 20th of April, 2016 the four German National Agencies for Erasmus+ hosted in Essen (DE) the Transnational Cooperation Activity (TCA) conference “Education, Participation, Integration: Erasmus+ and Refugees". The conference was attended by over 300 participants from all the education sectors and Youth Work. The TCA offered networking opportunities to selected organizations conducting innovative projects and stakeholders from all over the EU. Take Care project has been selected to be displayed at this event. During the Project Market, Daiva Malinauskiene (SIH) on behalf of Take Care team shared detailed information about the project and and its products for those working in the area of diversity within education and teacher training.

Success Story!
