I had the pleasure of meeting an incredibly determined, dedicated, and goal-oriented woman, and it is especially touching to me that she travelled all the way from Romania to learn from me.

She wasn’t looking for excuses, but for solutions.
She focused solely on how to overcome any challenges that came her way.

She did an incredible job yesterday as well, but what she created today… oh my, I absolutely LOVE it! ✨

And here I was, just in shock by the outcome! 🤩

The results of a whole mentor program were based on just one category: mastering every little detail of latex.

This would never have been possible in just one day of a masterclass.

These girls had never worked with latex before, and it was a huge challenge for them. For me as well, Especially the shaded powder brows, because that technique is quite difficult.

This was my Championship Presentation Program, created as the next step after the Evolve Mentor Program.
I designed this special program specifically to prepare them for the competition.

And it worked. 😊🏆

Two years ago, a dream was born inside me: I wanted to test my skills. And not just anywhere, but at WULOP, which is still the world’s largest and most prestigious international permanent makeup competition. Then last year, while sitting at the world championship, I envisioned a specific moment... and last night, that dream became a reality. It’s absolutely mind-blowing, but I was sitting there just reflecting on the fact that it actually happened!

I poured my heart and soul into creating the Evolve Mentor Program. My goal was to find a talent through a completely anonymous in-house competition at the end of the program—someone whose entire preparation and participation for WULOP I could fully sponsor.

And you did it, Melani! 🏆✨ Your humility, your incredible attention to detail, and your unwavering trust in me have truly paid off: 🏆 1st PLACE! And not just anywhere, but at the WULOP international competition! ☺️☺️ To think that Melani only completed her basic permanent makeup training with me just a few months ago. What a spectacular achievement! Thank you, Melani, for your pure, absolute trust in me!

When I was the one standing at the top of the podium, it was an amazing, indescribable feeling. But this? This surpassed even that! It gives me so, so much more. I am incredibly proud! 😍

And it doesn’t end here! The gala dinner last night still held some surprises! To be continued... ❤️
