This beautiful lady taught us something we should never forget:

Be careful who you overlook.
You never know the story behind the person standing in front of you.

She came to us for a skin treatment.
But sometimes, when you take the time to listen, you realise someone came for much more than better skin.

Not everyone walks through our door looking for luxury.
Not everyone is chasing younger-looking skin or the latest treatment.

Sometimes you may simply be one of the few moments in someone’s week where they feel seen, cared for and looked after.

And when someone is going through one of the most difficult chapters of their life, being trusted with that moment is not something we take lightly.

It is a privilege. 🤍

So we started gently.

We wanted to give this beautiful woman a moment to relax, receive some care and quite literally m, let her skin breathe again.

Treat the skin, yes.
But never forget the person underneath it.

That may be the most important part of our profession. 🤍

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN “OLD-FASHIONED” SKIN TREATMENT. 🤍

This lovely lady came to us after being told elsewhere that they couldn’t treat her because they no longer offered “old-fashioned treatments.”

And I have to say something about that.

Since when did properly looking at the skin, cleansing it, analysing it and treating it according to what it actually needs become old-fashioned?

Not every client needs a €300 treatment.
Not every skin needs a device.
And a treatment doesn’t have to be complicated to be valuable.

We had the pleasure of welcoming her to Reborn and simply started where good skincare should always start: with a thorough skin analysis.

And when I look at a skin like this, I don’t think: “There’s nothing we can do.”

Quite the opposite.

We say: bring it on. 🤍

We chose a carefully tailored pHformula MELA treatment, combined with Oxygen Therapy and appropriate professional skincare to support and treat her skin responsibly.

Not because it was the most expensive treatment on our menu.

But because it was the right treatment for her skin at that moment.

And THAT, to me, is what professional skin improvement is about.

Using your knowledge.
Looking at the person in front of you.
Understanding what their skin needs.
And being willing to help someone even when it doesn’t put hundreds of euros in the till.

Some things, in my opinion, are perfectly fine staying “old-fashioned”: genuine attention, professional expertise and caring for your client. 🤍
