PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS | EPRS IN PROGRESS
We are going deeper into the terrain.
As the EPRS operation continues, our team is advancing further along the pipeline to reach and secure additional joints along the line.
The deeper we move, the more challenging the environment becomes. Soft swampy ground, standing water, thick vegetation and rough terrain continue to make access and movement difficult for both personnel and equipment.
But the work must continue.
Each new section brings another challenge to overcome. Our team is carefully creating access, moving equipment forward and working through the terrain to reach the next point along the pipeline.
What you see in these images is more than just a difficult worksite. It is a look at the conditions our field teams work through to keep critical pipeline infrastructure safe and secure.
Further into the terrain. Further along the line. One joint at a time.
More highlights from the ongoing EPRS operation as we progress.

Pipeline theft doesn't just cost you product. It costs you time, revenue and the integrity of your entire operation.
Illegal taps can remain hidden along a pipeline, quietly turning losses into millions before they are detected. But when the right technology meets the right expertise, hidden threats don't have to stay hidden.
Enter the DMR Tool.
Our Direct Magnetic Response (DMR) Tool is an intelligent pig designed to detect pipeline anomalies and expose illegal taps, giving operators the critical intelligence they need to identify threats, respond faster and protect valuable assets.
Because sometimes, the biggest threat to a pipeline isn't what you can see. It's what you haven't found yet.
With the DMR Tool, we don't just inspect pipelines. We help uncover the threat before it becomes a bigger loss.
Find it. Stop it. Save millions.
Topline Limited. Engineering integrity into every line.

Sometimes, the biggest test of an engineering team isn't the work they planned for. It's the problem they never planned to encounter.
On the recent mechanical pigging operation along the 20 km Kolo-Nag to Gbaran CPF pipeline, everything was in place for a routine pig launch. Then, an unexpected issue emerged.
A faulty valve.
The problem fell outside the original scope of work. It could have brought operations to a standstill, delayed the project, and extended production downtime for the client.
Instead, it became an opportunity to demonstrate what experience really looks like.
With the client's approval, our team immediately assessed the situation and mobilized the expertise required to service the faulty valve on site. Because our capabilities extend beyond pigging operations, we were able to resolve the issue without waiting for another contractor or a revised project schedule.
The result?
The valve was restored. The mechanical pig was successfully launched and recovered. The project remained on track, helping the client avoid unnecessary delays and keep their operational timeline intact.
Technical expertise isn't only measured by how well you execute a planned task. It's measured by how confidently you respond when the unexpected happens.
At Topline Limited, years of experience across pipeline and process engineering mean we're prepared for more than the scope on paper. We're prepared for the realities in the field.
Because in our industry, experience doesn't just solve problems. It protects schedules, minimizes downtime, and delivers confidence when it matters most.
Experience isn't just part of what we do. It's the reason we're trusted to keep critical projects moving.

Monday doesn't check if the crew is in the mood. Neither does the ground. You show up already equipped for it, and the work moves the moment you do.
That's the standard we work to on every site, this week included.
23/07/2026
The project started with the support. Before any spool went near a weld line, the crew fabricated the structures that would carry it once it was in the ground and under pressure. Cutting, forming, welding the base pieces to spec, checking the fit before anything got tacked in place, right there on site. No shortcuts here. A support that's off by a few millimetres doesn't just look wrong, it fights the pipe every day it's in service.
Once the supports were ready, the real work moved to the spool. This was the centerpiece of the whole job. Pipe sections, fittings, and flanges were cut, bevelled, and fitted together on site, section by section, with fit-up checks confirmed before the welder struck an arc. The crew worked joint by joint, checking alignment at each stage, because a spool doesn't get judged on how clean it looks assembled. It gets judged on whether it holds when the line comes alive.
After the welding was done, the spool moved into surface preparation and painting. The steel had to be blasted clean before any coat went on, since paint holds to nothing if the surface underneath is still carrying rust, mill scale, or weld residue. Once that surface was right, the coating went on in layers, standing between bare steel and everything Bayelsa's environment throws at a buried or exposed line over the years. Skip the blast and prep, and the coating fails quietly, long before anyone on site would notice.
Then came MPI. This was the stage where nothing got to hide. The welds that looked fine to the eye went under magnetic particle inspection to check for surface and near-surface cracks, the kind that don't show up until a line is already carrying pressure. Nothing moved past this point on how good it looked. It moved past on what the inspection actually confirmed.
By the time the spool was ready for tie-in, it had already survived everything that could have gone wrong with it. That's the whole point of building it this way. What the line sees is a finished piece. What it doesn't see is every stage that made sure it would still be sound years from now.

A pipeline doesn't wait for a good time to fail.
When one breaches, the gap between a controlled repair and a six-figure loss comes down to readiness. Not the equipment you scramble for after the leak, but the system staged and tested long before it.
Swipe through to see what an Emergency Pipeline Repair System actually covers, and why it matters more in Nigeria's terrain than most operators plan for.
Topline supports oil and gas operators across Nigeria and the UAE with the readiness planning that turns a pipeline incident into a controlled repair, not a crisis.

Motivation shows up strong on Monday and taps out by Thursday. Fatigue, a rough day, slow results, and suddenly the checklist feels optional.
Discipline doesn't check the mood. It runs the checklist anyway.
That's what gets a project to next Tuesday still on schedule.
What keeps you consistent when motivation runs out?

Pipeline cleaning is one of the basics of pipeline integrity, yet it's often overlooked. Without regular cleaning, debris builds up inside the line: wax, scale, and deposits that sit there quietly until they cause corrosion, reduce flow, and drive up operating costs.
What you're looking at is the result of a single cleaning run carried out by our team for a client, using a mechanical bi-directional pig to clean and gauge the line at the same time. The weight of debris removed speaks for itself.
Our expertise isn't just in how we present it. It's in the work itself, even when that means getting our hands dirty. We are Topline Limited, your number one stop for all pipeline needs.
