Why Your Body Needs Water
It’s more than just quenching your thirst! From keeping your joints moving smoothly to ensuring your brain stays sharp, water is the fuel that keeps every system running at 100%. If you've been feeling sluggish or dealing with a dull complexion, the solution might be sitting right in your water bottle.
Key Benefits of Daily Hydration:
Radiant Skin: Keeps your complexion healthy and glowing.
Mental Clarity: Boosts focus and keeps your mood stable.
Kidney Health: Naturally flushes toxins from your system.
Peak Energy: Combats fatigue and keeps you powered up.
Smooth Digestion: Prevents discomfort and supports gut health.
Joint Support: Keeps you mobile and moving without the "creaks."

Day 1: Functions of Each Part of the Female Reproductive System
Yesterday, we talked about the main parts. Today, let’s understand what each part actually does in simple terms.
1. Ovaries – The Egg & Hormone Producers
The ovaries have two major functions:
They produce eggs (ova)
They release hormones like estrogen and progesterone
These hormones control your menstrual cycle and prepare your body for pregnancy.
2. Fallopian Tubes – The Meeting Point
The fallopian tubes act like a pathway:
They carry the egg from the o***y to the uterus
This is where fertilization usually happens (if s***m meets egg)
3. Uterus (Womb) – The Home of Pregnancy
The uterus is a muscular organ that:
Prepares a soft lining every month
Supports the growth of a baby during pregnancy
Sheds its lining as menstruation if no pregnancy occurs
4. Cervix – The Gatekeeper
The cervix controls what goes in and out of the uterus:
Allows menstrual blood to flow out
Produces mucus that can either block or help s***m
Opens during childbirth
5. Va**na – The Passageway
The va**na serves as:
The exit for menstrual blood
The entry point during sexual in*******se
The birth canal during delivery
The external genitalia
The cl****is - this is homologous as the p***s in male
It is located above the urethra opening and helps in sexual arousal.
* The l***a majora is the fleshy folded skin on which hair grows on the both side of the v***a.
*The l***a minora is fleshy part of the v***a , it covers the cl****is (hair doesn't grow on it).
*The mons p***s is just the base of the private part , hairs grow on it, (the one likely refers to as KPOMO🤦 nweke Chigbata multi purpose Care
