My dinner 🍽 I took Plantain and beans cooked with 3 cooking spoon of red oil and ingredients with 4 boiled eggs 🥚 removed 3 yolks and eat 1 and this is all for today
And I took 4 banana in the afternoon and my intermittent fasting by 3pm ...
