*3 daily spice habits for a happy home - 5 minutes each*

the 2-minute “blessing habit” - morning*
*husband:* hold her hand and say: “i honor you. you’re a blessing to this home.” Ephesians 5:25
*wife:* look at him and say: “i respect you. i’m proud to be your wife.” Ephesians 5:33
* words are spice. the first words you hear in the morning shape your mood all day. bless each other before the world stresses you. no phone, no rush. just 2 minutes.

The 1-minute “forgiveness habit” - anytime offense comes*
*both:* say this fast: “sorry, i forgive you. let’s move.” Ephesians 4:32 _“...forgiving one another”_

Don’t keep malice overnight. bitterness is poison that ruins the soup. forgive quick, forgive small. don’t wait for “big apology”. handle it while it’s still pepper, before it becomes pepper soup 😄

The 2-minute “prayer habit” - night*
*both:* hold hands at bedside. 1 person thanks God for 1 thing. the other commits 1 need to God. then say “amen, as for me and my house...” joshua 24:15

A home that prays together stays together. you’re inviting the fear of the Lord - psalm 128:1 into the room. god as head = peace as tenant. 2 minutes, no long grammar.

consistency > intensity. don’t wait for valentine’s day to be sweet. be sweet daily. proverbs 15:17 _“better is a dinner of herbs where love is...”_

try these 3 for 21 days. your home will taste different.
