From: GREAT GENERATION ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (GGAN)
Slogan: GGAN Together Forever

Today, the Great Generation Association of Nigeria (GGAN) joins the world to celebrate the International Day of the Girl Child with the theme:

EMPOWERING GIRLS, BUILDING A BRIGHTER FUTURE
A Girl Today, A Leader Tomorrow.

THE IMPACT OF THE GIRL CHILD IN SOCIETY

The girl child is not just a future woman, she is a present force for change. When girls are educated, protected and empowered, they uplift families, strengthen communities and build stronger, more peaceful nations.

At GGAN, we believe in investing in the girl child through five key pillars:

1. EDUCATION: Builds knowledge, creates opportunities and breaks the cycle of poverty.

2. HEALTH: Healthy girls grow into healthy mothers, leaders and changemakers.

3. EQUALITY: Gives every girl the right to dream, choose and achieve.

4. INNOVATION: Brings fresh ideas, creativity and solutions to the world's challenges.

5. PEACE & STABILITY: Empowered girls help create safer, healthier and more prosperous societies.

Invest in Girls... Invest in a Better Society!
