What is traction alopecia????

"Traction alopecia is hair loss caused by repeated tension or pulling on the hair follicles." It is one of the few types of alopecia that can often be reversed if recognized and treated early. However, if the pulling continues for a long time, the hair follicles can become permanently damaged, making hair loss irreversible.

Many people loves their hair to be tight when plaiting, some are so much in love with "Styling Gel" and they can do without it daily, do you even know packing your hair with rubber band can cause hair loss? There's no how you will use a rubber band to pack your hair without seeing your Hair attached to it when removing the rubber from your hair.
