Bless our families, protect our loved ones, and grant us the wisdom to build good lives even in difficult times.
Yaa Allah, heal our land, guide those entrusted with leadership, and restore peace, stability, and prosperity to Nigeria.
May we live to see a Nigeria we are proud to call home again. Aameen.
You know those days when everything feels like a rush, traffic, deadlines, messages, noise and you realise you have gone through the whole day without a single quiet moment for yourself? It happens so often that calm starts to feel like a luxury.
But calm should not be rare. Sometimes, all it takes is ten peaceful minutes in your car, away from the noise, to breathe again. That is what our Mauve Car Diffuser brings a soft, steady fragrance that turns your car into a small pocket of peace. It clears your head, slows your thoughts, and helps you arrive where you are going feeling lighter.
And as much as you deserve that moment of calm, someone you love does too. So while you enjoy the scent that helps you unwind, think of sharing it. A small, thoughtful gift that reminds someone that peace can be found, even in motion.
Mauve Fragrances, calm you can carry everywhere.

Before you judge me, let me explain.
The last time I served boiled egg with their meal and allowed it to sit there, I eventually realised I was not just feeding children. I was also creating a boiled-egg-scented dining area and if you know that smell, you know it does not exactly whisper.
So now, if your meal comes with boiled egg, you finish your food first. Then you take the egg, bite it five times and we move on with our lives.
Motherhood will really teach you that home care is not always about the big things. Sometimes it is the tiny things you start doing because you have discovered that they make your home easier to live in.
The food habits, the little routines, opening the windows, cleaning as you go, keeping things fresh and making your space pleasant enough for everyone to relax in.
Because sometimes, you are not looking for a major transformation. You just want to walk into your dining area after a long day and not be greeted by the smell of yesterday’s boiled egg and honestly, I think that counts as self-care too.
What is that small, slightly funny rule you have introduced in your home because experience taught you better?

I choose the kind of energy I want to carry into this week.
I choose peace over pressure.
I choose clarity over confusion.
I choose to take care of myself, my body and my space.
I choose to surround myself with things that make me feel good, including beautiful fragrances that can change the atmosphere around me and make ordinary moments feel a little better.
I choose to show up with intention.
I choose joy.
I choose gratitude.
I choose to create more moments that feel like me.
This week, I am paying attention to the little things that influence how I feel, how I work, how I rest and how I experience my everyday life.
I am ready for a beautiful week.
I hope that you enjoy watching 🤣🤣🤣

One thing you don’t want to procrastinate on during this period is your laundry.
The weather has become so unpredictable. One minute the sun is out, the next minute you’re rushing outside to rescue your clothes from the rain. 😅
So if I may share a little tip, this may not be the best season to let dirty clothes pile up.
Wash in smaller batches if you can. It makes it easier to bring them in when it rains and put them back out when the weather clears. More importantly, it gives your clothes a better chance to dry properly, because no amount of perfume can rescue clothes that were never properly dried.
Once they are completely dry, don’t stop there. Store them well. Wardrobe balls help keep moisture at bay, keep your wardrobe fresh, and make your clothes feel cared for until the next wear.
And after all the washing, folding, and arranging… Please remember to rest too.
Make yourself a cup of tea, put your feet up, enjoy a peaceful, fresh smelling space, and let your home give something back to you.

A thoughtful gift does not have to be the biggest, most expensive or most elaborate thing you can find.
Sometimes, the thoughtfulness is in paying enough attention to the person to choose something that actually fits into their life and that is where the item still matters.
You can say, “It is the thought that counts,” and that is true, but the thought should ideally show up in the choice itself. If someone loves a well-scented home, a room spray is not just a fragrance; it says, “I notice that you enjoy your space.”
If they are particular about smelling good, a perfume oil or Musk Tahara can say, “I know the little things you enjoy.” A car diffuser can be a thoughtful gift for someone who spends a lot of time driving. It does not have to be expensive. It just has to make sense for the person.
I think that is what makes a gift memorable: not necessarily how much it cost, but how clearly it says, “I thought about you before I chose this.”
If you are looking for a thoughtful fragrance gift, send us a message. We will help you choose something that feels personal and useful.

Fragrance may seem like a small part of life, but sometimes, the smallest things can shape how we experience our days.
A familiar smell can take you back to a beautiful memory. A fresh space can make you feel more at ease. A calming fragrance can help you slow down after a long day, while a refreshing one can make your workspace feel more inviting and energising. But beyond the smell itself, I think fragrance is also about intention.
It is about caring for the spaces you spend your time in, caring for yourself, and creating little moments that make ordinary days feel a little more beautiful.

It made me think about how strange procrastination can be. Sometimes, we know what needs to be done. We have the resources. We have the ability. We even have the time. Yet somehow, we keep moving it to tomorrow.
Then one request, one situation, one deadline or one little push comes along and suddenly we are doing the exact thing we have been avoiding. But should we always need something outside of us to push us? Probably not because life will not always give us a big enough reason to move.
Sometimes, we just have to be honest with ourselves and say, “I have been putting this off for long enough, let me just do it.” And sometimes, the joy waiting on the other side of that task is enough reason to start.
So, what have you been unnecessarily postponing? Maybe today is a good day to finally do it.
I hope that you enjoyed the gist 😀😀😀
Have a restful weekend 🤗🤗
