A parent calls for help from teachers on the claim that, her child thinks the teacher is partial. As she claims the child use to be the best overall in his previous school.
But they relocated and got enrolled in this school and he is always pushed to the 6th position for three consecutive terms. As a teacher this would have been my reply to here.

From this result alone, it's difficult to conclude that the teacher was partial because class position depends on the overall performance of all the pupils in the class, not just one child's scores. However, your son's feelings should not be ignored either but not forgetting that he had 46 and 44 in two subjects.

My advice is to request a calm meeting with his class teacher or the school to understand how the positions were determined. That conversation may provide the clarity you need.
