Meet the three nutritional legends.
1. Corn
2. Dawa
3. Millet
After completing 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding (breast milk only) and it was time to start taking other complimentary foods, we reached out for them
For a start, we are opening this new chapter with yellow maize, red dawa and millet.
Though our family doctor later advised that we should have started with only corn, then as we move through subsequent months, we add the dawa and millet, but she said is still not bad.
So we advice that before you start any other food introduction to your new born, especially after exclusive breast feeding that you speak to a pediatrician, dietitian or doctor.
We trust that this new meals will continue to nourish our body in Jesus name, amen.
Dear mums, after your 6 months of exclusive breast feeding, which food did you introduce to your child first and how did your baby accept it?
