Last Sunday of August. ❤️
We may not have everything we prayed for yet, but we have something priceless:
Another day to try again.
And for the gift of life, another chance, and the grace to keep going, we are grateful. 🙏🏽
May September be kind to us all. ❤️

WHAT’S THE MOST EMBARRASSING COOKING MISTAKE YOU’VE EVER MADE? 😂🙈
So many years ago, when my husband and I were still dating, I was very young. I travelled with him to the village to spend Christmas with his family.
On New Year’s Day, his mum, of blessed memory, gave me everything I needed to make stew. 🍅
Now, I had never cooked such a large quantity of food before, so you can imagine the size of tomatoes paste and other ingredients I was dealing with. 😩
On this particular day, I’m convinced the gods and the tomatoes had gathered together to disgrace me because, normally, I considered myself a good cook. 😂
I started making the stew.
Mind you, this was back in the era of those sour tomato pastes that you had to cook until you were practically tired of life before the sourness would disappear. 😭😂
I cooked that stew tire!
I tasted it… BLAND. 🙄
My husband, who was still my boyfriend then, tasted it. He brought Maggi upon Maggi 🙄🤣
No way.
He brought another Maggi cube.
Still no way. 😭
I cooked for hours o! But this stew was simply refusing to cooperate.
Eventually, I put it down because I had officially run out of ideas. 😂
Everybody ate, but with plenty murmuring.
I’m sure some people were silently saying,
“So she can’t cook?” 😭😭
And honestly, I felt bad. But my consolation was that I knew I could cook good food! 😂
Years later, his younger sister and a cousin came visiting, and I overheard her say:
“She can actually cook o… but we thought she was a bad cook!” 😂😂😂
Till today, I sometimes wonder…
WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO THAT STEW? 🤔😂
Because that day, embarrassment showed me pepper! 🙈
Now it’s your turn…
What’s the most embarrassing cooking experience or mistake you’ve ever had?
Come and confess. Let’s laugh together! 😂👇🏽

August used to be one of my favourite months because it birthed some of the most special people in my life. ❤️
But August 2025 changed everything for me.
While the middle of August is filled with celebrations, the ending now carries memories of pain, tears and a loss that words can hardly explain. 💔
You will never truly understand grief until it locates you. 😥
May God continue to comfort everyone who, like me, is quietly living through pain, carrying memories and learning to breathe again.
Some wounds may never completely disappear, but may God give us the strength to keep going. ❤️
Rest in peace my personal person 😥😥😥

A year has passed…
But your memory hasn't faded.
Your voice, your smile,
the moments we shared…
I carry them all with me.
Forever in my heart, sis. ❤️🕊️

Some prayers are answered in ways we never expected. 🙏🏽
Sometimes, God says “Yes.”
Sometimes, He says “Not yet.”
And sometimes, He changes the answer into something far better than what we asked for.
So, before you conclude that God has ignored your prayer, look carefully. You may already be living in an answered prayer, you just haven't deciphered it yet. ❤️
Real Life. Real Growth. Real Stories.

Lately, I haven't been able to be as consistent or engage with your posts as I used to due to certain factors beyond my control.
And honestly, I know some of you may have noticed my absence. 🥺
Please don't mistake my silence for lack of love or support. Sometimes life happens, and all we can do is take things one day at a time.
Even when I don't comment, react, or show up as often as I used to, I'm still rooting for you. I still celebrate your wins, I still appreciate your presence, and I haven't forgotten the beautiful community we've built here. ❤️
I'll continue supporting you in my own little way, whenever I can.
Thank you for understanding. And if you've also been quiet lately because life has been happening, just know that you're not alone.
We'll find our rhythm again. One day at a time.

What is something you used to tolerate because you loved people, but you can no longer tolerate now?
Sometimes, love makes us overlook things we shouldn't.
We excuse disrespect.
We keep forgiving the same behaviour.
We stay silent to keep the peace.
We give people endless chances because we care about them.
But growth teaches you that loving someone doesn't mean you have to tolerate everything from them.
So, tell me honestly…
What is that one thing you used to tolerate because you loved someone, but you have now outgrown? 👀
Let's learn from one another. ❤️

The Gift of a New Day 🌅
Every new day is a gift we didn't earn, yet God keeps giving it to us.
Yesterday may have been difficult. Some plans may have failed, some prayers may still be unanswered, and some things may not have gone the way you hoped.
But look at you… you woke up. You are here. You have another opportunity to try again. ❤️
Don't take the gift of today for granted. Laugh a little more, love a little deeper, forgive where you can, and be grateful for the small blessings we often overlook.
Today is another page in your story. May God fill it with beautiful surprises, divine favour and reasons to smile.
Good morning, beautiful people. May we live this day with grateful hearts. 🙏❤️

Mention THREE things you absolutely cannot do without in a day.
For me:
1. Food 🍲
2. My phone 📱
3. Money 💰
Now your turn… what are your three? 😂👇
No long explanation o, just mention them!
