I got lots of comments when I asked if you can give your children soup to school,and while some people say said they can and do give soups and local soup,others said they can’t for so many reasons,and honestly I can totally relate and understand your points🥰
However I believe it’s very important to feed your children what they enjoy eating… while trying to incorporate other food they less enjoy..
My kids totally enjoy eating local food and that’s why I give them 🥰
Someone sled me if it’s ok to send her kids to school with soup so I came to ask you all my vibers🥰

Ingredients
Proteins of choice,stock fish n dry fish,snails,prawns periwinkles etc
Thickner (achi, ofor,Cocoyam anyone is fine
Seasoning
Crayfish.
Pepper
Salt
