Join us every Tuesday at 12:30 throughout June at Studio You, 7 New Cascade Road.

These beginner-friendly sessions combine gentle Pilates and yoga-inspired movement, with a focus on breathing, mobility and easing tension. Perfect for gardeners, active beginners, or anyone wanting to improve flexibility and wellbeing.
