Our skin and health journey goes beyond the surface ✨

Our 202 Inner and Outer Harmony Training was a meaningful session exploring the connection between skincare, nutrition, and overall health.

Led by Senior Beauty Trainer Ian Sim and Senior Nutrition Trainer Jinnie Ler, participants gained insights into how caring for our skin goes hand in hand with taking care of our health from within. 🤩

From everyday skincare habits to the importance of nutrition and inner well-being, the session offered plenty of useful takeaways for a more holistic approach to our skin and health journey. 💪✨
