Looking for full-time experienced staffs for my office

*Admin and Operations Executive*
Working Days :
Monday to Friday (9am to 530pm)
First Saturday of every month (9am to 130pm)
Attendance allowance : RM300 paid monthly
Transportation claim: By Distance travelled (RMx.xx for every KM) paid weekly

Job Description
1) To handle all permit works related to foreign workers and application of new permits
2) to handle new application of business licences as well as to renew the existing licences on a timely manner
3) to handle new application of tnb, syabas and other utilities provider as well as to report and follow up on any issues with this providers
4) to follow up on tenancy agreement with the owners and make sure they are up to date and to create new tenancy agreement if needed
5) To assist in the opening of bank accounts for foreign workers
6) to handle the accounts for the following shops ( AVR, RASS, Proexcel, Yashleyy) and prepare the closing report by not later than 5th of every month
7) Will be paid extra for cctv checking after office hours or on the weekend but not compulsary.
8- To handle all paperworks involving loans, grants, etc

Job Description
1) To maintain inventory and contact suppliers to source out the cheapest option available
2) to deliver items to all shops and to keep inventory record of items in office and also in individual shops (to be updated daily)
3) To handle accounts for MKRA and FAM and do closing for this shops and to submit this accounts by the 5th of every month
4) actively involved in CCTV checking for (SAR and Franchises, MKRA )
5) to handle maintenance and repair works ( Electricity, water leaking, aircond repairs, and etc) for all shops and to follow up till completion
6) Handle all CSR related matters
7) Social media handling (Rectify all problems on fb, insta and google review) and to create posters and promotional items as and when needed
8- extra bonuses if can come up with unique promotions or idea that will improves the business.
