顾客本身头皮敏感，染头发之前问有没有涂的Scalp protect，Billy让他不必担心，我们用的染发膏是Plant-based color，不涂Scalp protect 也不刺激头皮，整个过程顾客的头皮没有出现不适，安心染发✅
而且我们使用什么染膏，都是公开摆出来让顾客看的，染发时也是当着顾客的面现场调配，对于对染发产品比较有要求、比较在意使用什么产品的顾客来说，可以更放心、更安心地染发 ❤️

昨天来了一对中国夫妻，全程都很安静，不太说话。
