More concerningly, we have received messages from consumers who believed they had purchased DrSmile products, only to report discomfort after use. Upon further review, we found that the products involved were **not genuine DrSmile products**.
We take this matter seriously.
For the past 6 years, DrSmile has remained committed to developing oral care products with a focus on quality, safety and transparency. We strongly encourage all consumers to verify the source of the products they purchase and to buy only through DrSmile’s official channels or authorised sellers.
