Sales Representative – FMCG / Retail Sector

Borg & Aquilina Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our retail sales team, working with supermarkets, groceries and other retail outlets.

The selected candidate will maintain strong customer relationships, grow sales across our product range and identify new business opportunities within their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit retail clients regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
- Promote our product range and increase sales with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Collect payments from clients and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Work independently and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience, ideally within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Fluent in Maltese and English.
- Good knowledge of localities across Malta.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional appearance and a pleasant, outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently and within a team.
- A good level of education.
- Comfortable using a tablet for daily sales activities.
- A clean driving licence.
