I believe that through a holistic approach to wellness, from the use of essential oils to nutrition, from beauty to different forms of training, people can achieve a better sense of self and form. In fact, I now work with people to help them achieve their wellness, health, and fitness goals so that they feel at their best. I have since achieved qualifications in Beauty Therapy and Nutrition. I am also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming and a European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) registered and qualified Personal Trainer. I approach clients with the philosophy that wellness comes in three main pillars; mind, movement, and nutrition. The goal is to help clients achieve a great quality of life that is sustainable and of course, absolutely awesome! :)
