Hoji-Kukicha tea
Taste: smooth, nutty, mildly sweet, with notes of caramel and roasted grains.
Aroma: warm and toasty, with delicate woody and smoky undertones.
Caffeine: generally lower in caffeine than most green teas, as it is made primarily from tea stems.
Unique character: roasting reduces the grassy notes typical of green tea and creates a richer, toastier flavor.
