Melanocytes and their pigment belong in the epidermis, where they are evenly distributed.
When pigment is found in the dermis, where it doesn’t belong, it’s either due to a condition called dermal melasma or a post-traumatic reaction called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
These pigmentations are mostly inflammatory in nature, as inflammation creates openings in the sheet between the epidermis and the dermis (basal membrane) through which pigment can leak. Once the integrity of this membrane is restored, the dermal pigment is resorbed, and the discoloration clears up.
Bioelectricity has potent anti-inflammatory effects and has been used successfully to reduce this type of pigmentation.
During emergencies when immediate repair is needed, platelets in our blood are activated to release growth factors that promote healing.
Immediately after injury, the body produces thrombin to attract and activate thrombocytes, also called platelets.
They contain growth factors that are released in contact with thrombin. Using Platelet-Rich Plasma as daily food for cells to compensate for a lack of oxygen is like using drugs and doping to compensate for a lack of exercise and food in athletes' performance.
Puncturing the dermis with needles stimulates fibroblasts to produce more collagen and hyaluronic acid.
The microneedler is an inexpensive and efficient tool. It creates smoother, more radiant skin. However, its limitations are the fibroblast's age and its quality. Old fibroblasts have no power to increase the production. They need to be rejuvenated with more oxygen supply. Young fibroblasts, however, do not need to be activated.
Once the fibroblasts are rejuvenated, there is no need to activate them, as young fibroblasts produce enough collagen and hyaluronic acid.
Nice skin has no visible blood vessels and no prominent redness.

When the balance between the red vessels and the yellow dermis is disrupted, the red blood vessels usually widen and become visible.
Very wide vessels can be eliminated by heating the water in the blood vessels (plasma) with infrared lasers. Medium-sized and smaller vessels can be targeted with shorter wavelengths that heat the red blood cells.
But for the tiniest vessels, there is no laser. Instead, we can improve the balance between the dermis and the vessels, thereby increasing yellow and reducing redness.
The fascia is a strong, contractile network that supports the skin and lifts the face.
It is electric, retains emotional memory, regulates lymphatic flow, and connects to the whole body. It is the most fascinating discovery of the last decade, and it explains how touch can improve the skin. Each time the fascia is twisted, it produces electricity that improves its contraction and puts tissues back in place.
Adding bioelectrical stimulation improves the skin’s tightness and smoothness, resulting in beautiful skin.
The face consists of many layers.
The skin is the outer layer, and the muscle attached to the bone is the deepest layer. The epidermis is less than 0.1 mm thick. The dermis and its collagen are less than 1 mm thick.
The hypodermis is the first supportive layer but is thin in the face. It provides a soft fat-cell cushion but not the tensile strength needed for tight skin.
Underneath the hypodermis runs the superficial fascia, the first real strong supportive tissue.
Further connections to the muscles run through the deeper fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Ultimately, the muscles lift the fascia, which then lifts the skin.
Not the other way around.
Heating the dermis to shrink the collagen is not a real lift. Injecting foreign liquid to create scar tissue that will contract like any other scar tissue would is not a lift. Pulling threads under the skin to lift the skin is not a lifting. Increasing the muscular tone of the muscles that lift, while relaxing the muscles that overcontract in the opposite direction, is a real lift.

Oxygen enters the lungs each time we breathe. It crosses the blood-lung barrier and binds to hemoglobin in red blood cells.
From there, it is transported to the heart, pumped through the arteries and capillaries, and finally reaches each cell in our body. Electrons are required for this process.
First, they are needed to bind oxygen to the hemoglobin molecule, and then for the subsequent movement of blood through the tiniest capillaries that feed each cell.
Delivering oxygen to cells outside the capillaries, without electrons, is either impossible or inefficient for many reasons.
Oxygen is not carried and released outside the red blood cell, which is charged with electrons. Red blood cells cannot travel without first being charged with electrons.
Oxygen colors the blood red, which is clearly visible after a REYU lip treatment.
