Morgens wecken wir den Körper mit dynamischem Vinyasa Yoga und Pranayama — mit Blick über das Elbtal auf den Lilienstein. Abends kannst du bei Yin Yoga oder Reiki in eine tiefe Entspannung kommen.

Dazwischen hast du jeden Tag Zugang zur Saunalandschaft mit 5 Saunen, Kaminfeuer und Ausblick in die Sächsische Schweiz. Am Samstag gehen wir optional auf eine ca. 10 km lange Wanderung über die Festung Königstein. Wer mag, kann sich eine ayurvedische Behandlung gönnen.

Ankommen, atmen, in Bewegung kommen — und mit dem Gefühl nach Hause fahren, wirklich Pause gemacht zu haben.

Reiki Training: whether you're completely new to Reiki or already a Master and want to go to the next level - you can start and continue your training in Arugam Bay

Training levels offered:
- level 1 (1 day)
- level 2 (2 days)
- Master level & teacher (3 days)
- Karuna Master & teacher (3 days)

With each training you receive a comprehensive handbook and recognised certificate. You will be able to channel and share Holy Fire III Reiki with others and yourself, and professionally.

- morning vinyasa, pranayama & meditation
- tasty, fresh and abundant brunch
- time in the afternoon to bathe or relax by the pool or sea, explore, surf or go on am excursion e.g. on a safari in the national park
- evening yin yoga or reiki sessions
- opportunity to watch sunrise over the ocean, sunset over the paddy fields and elephants just outside of town

Our home will be , a tasteful, high end family-run hotel with a beautiful yoga studio with large windows towards the sea on two sides.
