Sipping herbal tea after meals is one of the easiest and enjoyable ways to improve your digestion and stop a sugar craving. Can help with weight loss too.

Here’s one of our favourite teas- it’s called Iramusu and comes from a South Asian tree. Delicious taste, with hints of almond. We know it’s going to be the next matcha!

Ever tried it? Let us know in the comments.

Creative ways to keep your love alive whilst quarantining apart. This repost comes from our friends who got stuck thousands of miles apart- one in Sri Lanka and the other in Iceland.

Their way to have a romantic Zoom dinner date :

1. Choose a restaurant you both love
2. Cook a meal that fits
3. Choose a playlist - and hit play at the same moment
4. **Game changer** - choose a Zoom background to one that looks like your eatery!

Bon app! How happy he looks! We hope you're reunited very soon.

This one's super simple and delicious too. Have a teaspoon of honey every day and your hayfever symtoms will lessen considerably. It's got to be local honey though, as it's the local flower pollen you're reacting to. Get the honey from a local farm shop or a health food shop. This tip is from a homeopath friend with her own clinic.
